Over the years I have sold and purchased many properties in Victoria and the Gold Coast. However I must say that my latest purchase of a unit in Main Beach was made so much easier by the agent Kim Sharpe. He conducted himself in a very calm and professional manner at all times and I never felt I was being hounded by a agent...His knowledge of the area and the properties for sale was fantastic. He opened the unit up several times before and after the purchase so that I could measure etc and even allowed us to see the unit at night. It was a pleasure dealing with Kim and I certainly recommend him as your next agent.

Kim we have known for many years as a Main beach Stalwart , Hence had no hesitation in engaging Kim to sell our property at the Inlet , The complete selling experience worked extremely smoothly from start to finish Kim's ability to communicate with sellers and buyers is excellent .Thanks again J & J

I was fortunate to find Kim Sharpe when I started to look for somewhere in the Main Beach area. Kim is a consummate professional - he listens, provides options and doesn't try to sell you anything. Because of this I was able to find exactly what I was looking for quite quickly. Kim then negotiated a sale which was good for the vendor as well as for me without any hassle. He continued to assist me during the contract period and beyond and was instrumental in making this purchase a successful transition - I recommend Kim without hesitation!

I selected Kim as my selling agent for the above property due to his track record. He was extremely professional, no fuss & informative at all times from advice on presentation, feedback after inspections, negotiating, and follow through. His office is well located on Tedder Ave to attract passers by who respond to their window photographic display & his presence. My apartment sold with three weeks in an extremely competitive local market. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kim & his team to both sellers & buyers. Deece Giles Architect

Our experience with MBPS through their Agent Kim Sharpe was hassle free throughout the sale period.Regular open house inspections were arranged with little conflict and following inspections there were meaningful comments on various issues.Any time we sought a meeting they were promptly and conveniently organised. When an offer to purchase was made they continued to follow up and engage re pricing until the sale eventuated. We were satisfied with our o/a experience in our dealings with them.

We meet Kim on first inspection of the property we were very impressed with his professionalism which contributed to our decision to purchase. It is a refreshing change to deal with a person of integrity and manners at the same time not feeling pressured. If we make another purchase in this area we will only deal with Kim due to our recent experience Vickie Scott

We recently purchased an apartment in Main Beach, Qld. We found Kim Sharpe from MBPS Real Estate to be highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Kim was always ahead of appointments and made himself available at times that were suitable and convenient to us. Any follow up queries we had were always attended to immediately. As interstate buyers it was not convenient for us to carry out the final property inspection. Kim did this on our behalf, to our complete satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending Kim Sharpe of MBPS to any prospective buyer.
