Kirstin Dunn and Luke Dawson recently handled the sale of my property, and I couldn't be happier with their exceptional service. From the onset their knowledge of the Perth market and pro-active approach to guiding me through the process put me at ease and ensured I was always making informed decisions. Their clear and timely communication as well as their responsiveness made the experience of selling my property completely stress-free. I highly recommend Semple Property Group to anyone looking for top class service and a seamless sale experience.

From the first meeting + throughout the sale process Kirstin was diligent, professional + easy to contact. She kept us well-informed delivering practical advice on salient issues. Her experience + knowledge of her market lead to our best possible outcome. She creatively sought solutions to any problems that arose.

We were so happy with Kirstin, Luke and the Semple team - they really went over and above! So easy to work with, super responsive, proactive communication, patient (we changed our plans and timing a lot!) and professional.

Kirstin and her team were simply amazing. The knowledge of the area and experience shone through. I have sold a few houses in my time but never has it been so easy Kirstin saw to everything and nothing was too much trouble. I can not recommend Kirstin and her team more highly.

The team at Semple Property Group South Lake have been an absolute dream to work with and if you want to sell your home then this is the team that can do it. From start to finish Kristin Dunn and Luke Dawson have impressed us every step of the way. We highly recommend Semple property group and if we were to sell again would go through Kristin and Luke without any hesitations
