Kirstin and Josephine where both extremely knowledgeable, upfront and honest from the start - setting out a plan and ultimately delivering over and above. Day or night they both where available to put my mind at ease and made it a trouble free and smooth process from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team at Semple - they promised and delivered above and beyond what I expected.
From the moment I met Kirstin I was filled with absolutely confidence. Her passion and knowledge was a stand out. Kirstin and her team were quick to respond throughout the entire transaction and always did so with a smile. Kirstin & Brian discussed their strategy and what they believed it was worth when I met them for an appraisal and 2 weeks later I was signing an O&A. Our family home sold within days of going to market, with 30 families going through the 2 home opens we were then presented with multiple offers!!! I cannot recommend Kirstin enough for all she has done.
Kirstin and her team were absolutely fantastic with helping us sell our home. From our home opens to settlement they were great to contact with any information needed and kept us up to date on all of the progress. They were absolutely fantastic. Loved the experience
From start to finish Kirstin was beyond amazing helping us with everything that came our way. Communication was fantastic and just overall experience. 100/10
Sensational result from an amazing team! Kirstin and I go way back to when we were carefree teenagers trying to I change the world! Not much as change except the teenage bit. Now grown adults with husbands and children we both have a mutual respect with each other. We trusted Kirstin to sell our family home with her team. What we got was professional service from a exceptional team who went above and beyond however we have come to realise this is just there standard nothing to do with our relationship the simple fact they care about who you are what you were doing and they want the best for the seller and the buyer combined. Brian, Luke and Kirstin let us well informed and literally from sign of listing it was 6 days and we had sold our house for a price well over what we can thought! It was fast it was fun and it was extremely professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team the level of care and service was exceptional! We can’t wait to do it all again with them! Would like to thank Brian and Kirstin on a fantastic and professional selling of our home. Also prompt and keeping us informed. Great service
Kristin you are absolutely amazing and couldn’t thank you enough for the effort and all the hard work you put into selling my property. From start to finish you were always open, honest and professional and was always kept up to date on the progress of each home open, when a contract was signed and when the final inspection would happen before the house was handed over. You made selling a house look so easy and stress free. Will definitely be recommending Semple to anyone who is looking to either sell/buy or rent. Keep up the great work. Thank You SO MUCH, Kel
She is very friendly and lovely person Explained the process well and answered all questions Very professional with her approach and pleasant in person and on the phone She aimed for the best current price range and managed to sell it above the asking price We will highly recommend her in future sales Thanks again to Kirstin
Kirstin was able to get me a price well under what I expected to pay on a government owned property. Her unselfish advice let me pay the asking price and not the substantially bigger offer I initially made.
From our first meeting with Kirstin she came across as a confident well informed and professional team leader. Kirstin's advice and strategies were honest and reassuring and the outcome was exactly what kirstin had predicted. We had a great result thanks to Kirstin and all at team Semple.
Kirstin and the team at Semple Property Group are a cut above the rest. Their professionalism, communication and sincere desire to deliver the best result for their clients is certainly what sets them apart. I valued their honesty and relatability. For people who were new to the selling process, they held our hand every step of the way and never made us feel silly with the questions or queries we had.
We had a meeting with 4 other agents (as you do) prior to choosing Kirstin as our agent to sell our beloved first home. Kirstin was so easy to deal with, and her local knowledge no doubt helped with pricing our property right. She helped with staging of the house to make it look presentable (rather than an empty house). We managed to get our house sold in the first home open, above our asking price so we are absolutely delighted.
