Kody is an amazing agent to work with and made the process very easy. He is supportive, understanding and extremely knowledgeable about the housing industry. I would recommend him to anyone!
Kody was a very good real estate agent, excellent communication and really cooperative in managing a smooth transition with property investment from buyer to seller.
Kody was professional quick and very easy to deal with, our house wasn’t even on the market for 24hours which shows how much reach his connections and database has. We had multiple offers and a contract signed and executed in one day! Kody was able to maximise the return on our property and literally handled everything, we will be definitely getting Kody to sell our other property very soon!
We purchased a block of land through Kody Dart. We are so happy with how simple and easy he made the process as this will be our first home. Great communication. Will definitely refer family and friends to him.
Kody was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the service provided by Kody Dart during the sale of my property. From the moment I enlisted his expertise I knew I was in capable hands. Throughout the entire process the communication was of a high standard, I was kept informed at every stage, provided with quality advice and insight and any queries or concerns I had were promptly addressed. The transaction went smoothly and every aspect of the sale exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Kody to anyone looking to buy or sell and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you !!
Kody was so great to deal with - always very quick to respond to any questions, very patient with us and clearly very knowledgeable! He secured an offer on our property within a week of signing with him, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend Kody to anyone needing an agent.
I found Kody spot on with his appraisal and easy to talk to. Will recommend him to anyone else selling and will engage him to sell the next place for me.
