Selling our home with Kody was such an effortless experience. His honesty, advice and knowledge of the real estate industry ensured our house was sold days after being listed. Kody's professionalism and open communication was a breath of fresh air. He was recommended to me by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him myself.
Kody and team made selling my house a painless experience. They were very time efficient, managed all aspects of the pre-works to sell in a professional manner with constant communication. They achieved above asking price. I couldn't be happier with service. Highly recommend Kody and the team
Kodi Dart, what can I say.. Kodi is realistic and kept us grounded, we appreciate hes direct and honest guidance. Solid communicator, easy to get on with and is very passionate about what he does. He does it well. Sold our home on the first open home to the 1st viewer. Highly recommend Kodi, we appreciated and respect his honest no nonsense approach. 5 STAR You can't go wrong with Kodi.
Kody has been so great to work with. Super professional but always available for a chat and no question was ever too much trouble. Sold our family home so quick and achieved a great price! Would recommend him for any realeste needs! Great guy and great real-estate agent!
I found Kody and his support Kayla fantastic. Very approachable at all times , which helped me relax and feel confident Excellent advice regarding pricing of property !
We have been really impressed from the beginning! We had a very tight turnaround due to a new job starting in another state. Kody was honest with us, no real estate bull, and kept us up to date during the entire process. The house was under contract within 3 days of listing and sold within the 30 days, giving us plenty of time to move. He even helped us get in contact with someone from Belle in the city we were moving to! Highly recommend Kody if you want the job done right.
Our experience selling with Kody has been flawless. From our initial appraisal meeting to selling our family home just weeks later, Kody was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave us fantastic advice but also the freedom to make our own decisions when it came time to sell our house. He is always available for advice and his communication throughout the entire process has made working with him so easy. Would absolutely use him again for our future realestate needs.
Kody Dart has such an extensive data base of potential buyers in Burdell he made selling a house appear easy! He sold my house off market, meaning no need to pay for advertising and a contract was signed immediately following first open inspection. I could not thank him enough for making the whole process so straight forward. He is so professional, keeps in excellent contact and provides invaluable advice.
As a first home buyer, Kody and Kayla made the process simple and I am truly grateful for all there help along the way. Thanks so much!
Kody is just brilliant. After meeting him at a property that wasn't quite right for us, he kept in touch to let us know about other properties that might be suitable. He is a great communicator, helpful and generally interested in the best outcome for both buyer and seller.
I didn’t meet the agent personally, but my partner did and knowing how fussy my partner is 😊 and how happy she was with the agent’s knowledge and professionalism I knew that this was the guy for us.
I met Kody previously at an Open Home over 18mths ago found him to be most professional and walked away thinking I would use him as an agent if ever I was to sell a home. & here we are .. I have bought & sold properties in the past and Kody has been outstanding in what he does. I will highly recommend him to everyone that is looking to buy & sell.
