Kody demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market and priced our property well. His experience guided us well through the process of selling. Over the years, Kody provided us with market updates and opportunities to consider. We felt comfortable and confident that Kody had our best interests as his number one priority.
Kody was professional and prepared from the first interaction we had with him. He had a clear strategy for the property and which led to its sale above asking price on the first open house. We could not recommend him highly enough. A true professional.
We are very happy to proceed with belle Because we are currently renting in Orange with same belle property U guys are amazing
Kody was a great agent. He was transparent, honest and highly communicable. We achieved a result well above what we expected and couldn’t be more happy with the way it was handled.
Kody and his team did a wonderful job of selling our house in a very short space of time. We were kept exceptionally well informed on every stage of the sale. As remote vendors, Kody even organised tradies to go to site on our behalf. The whole process was very professionally handled and we happily recommend them.
Kody and his team were great when selling my house. I’m glad I let him take control from the start to do his thing, which got me the best price and outcome possible. Being interstate during the process was daunting, but Kody kept me fully informed throughout the whole journey and put me at ease. Highly recommend Kody, as his down-to-earth style matches the NQ market perfectly.
Nothing was left to chance with Kody’s attention to detail aiding us in a sale free of worry and concern. From tips on presentation, the local property market and his professional support team from Kayla the video star to his connections with local trades our sale was seamless from the time Kody and his team were engaged to sell our property. Every sale is unique with both buyers and sellers having their hearts in the game which potentially can hinder a sale, Kody’s manner and focus on the person and their needs puts pay to this. Want a sale pick Kody.
Kody immediately impressed me with his in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. His comprehensive understanding of current trends and pricing strategies instilled confidence. Throughout the entire process, Kody provided invaluable insights and guidance that proved instrumental in positioning my property competitively in the market. His ability to navigate the negotiation process, advocate for my interests, and ultimately secure a favourable deal was truly commendable.
Overall nice experience to deal with belle real estate
I've been keeping in touch with Kody ever since he sold me the home a few years back. I was impressed with his service back then, so I know it would be an easy choice when going to sell. Being posted away and very time poor, Kody and his team took care of all logistics, which made the process stress free. He has his finger on the pulse of our market and achieved a result I was stoked with. I have no hesitation recommending Kody to anyone looking to sell or buy!
I've sold plenty of homes over the years with agents, and I was blown away by Kody's efforts and his obsession with his craft. He's been keeping in touch with me ever since I purchased the home from him years ago with market insights which was refreshing. When my circumstances changed, and I needed to sell, I contacted Kody, and it all happened quickly. He sold my property for a price I was MORE than happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending Kody to anyone. Thanks again Kody!
We sold our house with Kody and coincidently bought our beautiful new home with him within a year. He is professional, easy going and has a wealth of knowledge and we highly recommend him! David and Nicole
