Kody was extremely knowledgeable with the expectations of the market & provided really good advice throughout the whole process of placing our house on the market. Kody provided valuable feedback, we felt we could trust. He was always available for any questions we had & kept us in the loop at all times. We would recommend Kody & the team at Belle Property Townsville to anyone looking to sell. If we were remaining in Townsville we would purchase through them too!

Excellent experience dealing with the agents.

No problem just the lawyers who play hard ball with each other.

Kody made the sale of our property extremely simple. From the start, we had clear discussions of our requirements and what he believed he could deliver - and he far exceeded those. The preparation for sale was so simple, staging was done, marketing and went to market without to much worry for us at all. Everything was just seamless, right through to settlement. People say buying and selling property is the most stressful time of your life… it couldn’t be further from the truth with Kody!

Kody made the daunting process of selling our house, easy! Delivering, above and beyond our expectations, could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Kody & Team

Thank you again Kody it’s been great working with you!
