We live in Melbourne and had a house to sell in Townsville. From the moment we made contact with Kody Dart from the Townsville office everything was great. We were able to contact him and he answered all our questions. Trying to pick an agent when you can't meet them is not easy. We met up with Kody when we signed the paper work for the sale.
