We have now bought and sold a property using Kody Dart as our agent and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Kody walked us through all the steps and kept us in the loop through all aspects of the process of both buying as well as selling a house. He never missed any deadlines and was always able to assist us with any enquiry. If we were to buy or sell another house in the future we would not hesitate to approach Kody again. Trust his experience and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Our agent Kody Dart was always very cheerful and helpful, the whole purchasing process was stress free.

Kody made buying the property a smooth and hassle free process.

Kody was amazing, very professional and answered any questions that we asked. If he didn’t know he made sure to find the answer for us.

Kody has boundless enthusiasm and knowledge to match. He sold our property in the time frame he predicted at the price we wanted. His communication is faultless and we would recommend him highly.

Fantastic and professional service with ethical standards. So refreshing! Thankyou Belle Property it was an absolute pleasure working with you!

We live in Melbourne and had a house to sell in Townsville. From the moment we made contact with Kody Dart from the Townsville office everything was great. We were able to contact him and he answered all our questions. Trying to pick an agent when you can't meet them is not easy. We met up with Kody when we signed the paper work for the sale. We signed on a Thursday morning and on Sunday after arriving back in Melbourne very late the night before we received a phone call to say we had an offer. The offer was our secret dream price. To say we were over the moon is an understatement. We have sold a few houses in our time and the service we received from Kody was fantastic. Very professional, friendly, informative and very helpful. We can not speak more highly of the service we received and can highly recommend Belle Property for the sale of your house and especially Kody.

Kody was excellent in recommending a home that he thought would suit us. We were finding it difficult to find a home that would ‘tick all our boxes’. We viewed the home that was not yet on the market and put an offer on it that night. Without him understanding our requirements we would probably still be looking.

Kody has been absolutely great to work with. Made the whole process a breeze. 10/10

Kody has been excellent support and terrific communicator as was my previous experience. I would recommend Kody to anyone needing an estate agent to support them through the sales process. Outstanding effort.
