Kody’s excellent communication skills, professional advice and superior work ethic has been fantastic. As a first home buyer I’ve had lots of questions and concerns. Kody has been exceptional in supporting and guiding me through this journey. I highly recommend Kody and the team at Belle Property as their service has been exceptional.
We picked Kody because we had met him previously when we were looking at a home and he was the agent. We thought then he was a genuine bloke and he has proved us right
Kody was very professional and great to work with. He made the process easy and helped us get the house we always envisioned. We can't thank and recommend him enough!
Kody has a really well informed view and approach to selling property. His knowledge of not only the market but the area and client base allowed our house to sell off market within days of advertising. Absolutely recommend.
Easy to deal with, quick response, and honest feedback.
Kody was very professional and delivered as promised.
Staging and marketing was excellent. Good and frequent feedback update on the progress, open inspections, etc. Quick to find the right buyer and finalising the offer
Kody is professional, thorough and energetic. He knows his stuff, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop. He was willing to go the extra mile, even did the little things such as change a light bulb when I wasn't able to. Kody was upfront, wouldn't get my hopes up until he had something solid, and genuinely cared about the best outcome not only for myself but the buyer of my unit. 100% recommend, quick sale, limited effort for me, can't ask for much more than that! Thanks Kody!
Pretty good, let us know what was going on and advised us correctly on what they could get for thr house and timing of thr contract
Kody was easily contactable, always returned miss calls and kept us up to date with everything.
