Being first time home seller we'd a lot of worries, especially because we only had less than 4 weeks to try looking for buyers before going overseas. Kon calmed us down, drew a plan, recommended staging decorator (excellent one), and launched a perfect campaign right after we gave him the job without even a tiny bit of delay. Thereafter, he offered advice on how to prepare and present our house to its best for the auction day, and kept in touch closely with potential buyers. We knew something big was coming the moment we saw the crowd showing up in the auction, needless to say, he delivered a very successful result.
