Kostya impressed us from the outset with his knowledge of the industry and, most particularly, by his obvious energy and enthusiasm. We selected him on this basis which was supplemented by a very competitive fee proposal. Kostya clearly explained the sales process and devised a sales strategy which was to last a total of three weeks from the date it was first put on the market. Open houses were held on three Saturdays and three weekdays before the final open house immediately prior to the auction on 25th July. Kostya handled the whole process in person.
