The marketing campaign was excellent - great photos and video walk through, high quality brochures, and excellent communication on levels of interest and feedback. Strong strategies were put in place to cover all possible scenarios on the auction day - nothing was left to chance. On the day, Kostya and his team demonstrated incredible skill at bringing the highest bidder up to my price point - they genuinely go the extra mile to eek out every last dollar of value for their clients.
