He had a colleague named Nathan, who worked very well with Kostya and was always available if Kostya was not. We were very happy with the end result.
We tried to sell our house for almost 2 years with two different Real Estate Agencies. We couldnt get a sale, it was very frustrating and we had lost hope. Kostya was extremely familiar with the district around our house. He kept us fully informed about the status of the market and any information he was getting from house hunters. He also provided advice on preparation of the house for marketing and had suitable contacts to assist. Unfortunately there was a significant downturn in the housing market at about the time of our sale which severely reduce the number of interested parties. This resulted in our receiving only one formal offer. The settlement conditions in the offer were poor but Kostya managed to use them as a means of lifting the sale price a little.
