We have used Kris twice now, and have been extremely satisfied with the process. She has an uncanny ability of reading people, allowing her to hone in on the right purchaser for your property. She is available at the drop of a hat, either for you as the vendor, or for the prospective buyers should they need a private inspection time. As a buyer, I have been able to experience how other agents present and sell a property and when I compare them with Kris, they are less knowledgeable about the property in question and in some instances their follow-up is severely lacking.
