This was my first time selling a property. I owned a townhouse which had been in the construction stage for 3 years, in this time my situation had chnaged and me and my partner were looking to buy a free standing house instead. Kris and his team facilitated open homes with the highest level of professionalism and escalated any concerns from buyers about the house immediately so as I could arrange for these to be fixed. The property ended up securing an offer at above asking within 12 days of going on the market. Exchange of contracts occurred two weeks later and the property was sold two weeks after that (the buyers were so happy they opted for a shorter settlement period). Overall Kris and his team offered a flexible, efficient and comprehensive sales experience with the upmost professionalism and in a no fuss manor. I was able to continue on with my busy schedule and felt confident that Kris and his team had the sale of my townhouse under control.
