Kris and his team handled the sale of my residential property in Amaroo in the latter part of 2024 and early 2025. Over the whole period, Kris displayed a strong client focus and outstanding professionalism. Telephone queries from me were invariably answered promptly and thoroughly. There was regular feedback on inquiries from potential buyers and assessments of their degree of interest in the property. Kris worked tirelessly to achieve a sale and invariably followed up potential leads from open house displays or other inquiries. Kris has outstanding oral communication skills and his replies to my queries were clear and invariably went to the essence of the question. He is also a strong negotiator. During the sale process, he was able to bring one buyer from an initial offer of $900,000 to $940,000 and to persuade another interested party to bid $945,000, the price at which the property was eventually sold. In the last stages of the sale process, he was able to negotiate early access arrangements to my property which was of keen interest to the buyer. Kris appeared to me to be astute in detecting the mood of the market based on close contact with potential buyers and feedback from other agents in his firm. He did not predict the lull in buyer interest and prices in the market in Amaroo and adjoining suburbs that occurred in late 2000 but adjusted well to this change when it occurred and was still able to deliver a credible result from the sale of my property. I would recommend him highly.
