This was my first time selling a property. I owned a townhouse which had been in the construction stage for 3 years, in this time my situation had chnaged and me and my partner were looking to buy a free standing house instead. We had limited time as our rental lease was ending in June and the construction finished late February 2025. I approached Kris with this situation in mid January and we began the selling process then. Meeting up with Kris and his team I felt very supported and we had a meeting to make a plan in their relaxed office environment. We went through all the options and Kris facilitated a very flexible adverting plan with a great commission option. As soon as I had settled on my property Kris actioned our plan and we had the new contract created for dispersal by my solicitor and the house styled and photographed ready to go online in less than seven days after I settled on the purchase. Kris and his team facilitated all of this with minimal input needed from me which was absolutely amazing as I am a shift work nurse. Exchange of contracts occurred two weeks later and the property was sold two weeks after that (the buyers were so happy they opted for a shorter settlement period).
