Kris just sold my property this weekend with an amazing result/outcome. Everyone said unit prices was low. Bad market to sell. Not sure if we will get in that range but Kris came in advising yes unit market has changed but provided a strategy that obviously worked. He kept me in the loop after every open home, provided detailed reports, and come auction day negotiated an outcome above my reserve price!
