Kris just sold my property this weekend with an amazing result/outcome. Everyone said unit prices was low. Bad market to sell. Not sure if we will get in that range but Kris came in advising yes unit market has changed but provided a strategy that obviously worked. The first time I met Kris I was impressed with how he conducted himself as he walked around the house . I got a really good sense of Kris the real estate agent but also of Kris the man .
