Kris was, and still is always available. He was always on top of everything and it made the auction process so easy. We didn't have to worry about a thing and received very detailed reports every week. He is a very hard working agent that is also a genuinely nice and honest guy - there is no real estate games or tricks with Kris - he tells it how it is. :) We would definitely recommend Kris to anyone who asks and will use him again!

I would firstly like to thank Kris Matthews once again for exceptional service throughout the sale process of my home in Taringa. It is safe to say, selling your number one asset (your home) is a daunting/frightening process. The fear of no buyers, the fear it won’t sell, the fear of underselling! Kris made those fears feel insignificant by introducing; structure, a plan, confidence and hope. At our initial meet Kris explained all my options; explaining each and every sale scenario. His recommendation was to sell at Auction, highlighting the benefits for me; allowing sufficient time for all buyers in the market place to view my home, and ultimately ensuring on the day my home would sell for market value or greater. Throughout the entire auction process, Kris kept regular contact with me; providing me with updates, generated private inspections, presented me with offers prior to the auction and continuously reinsuring me. Auction day arrives and Kris Matthews delivers! We had 8 registered bidders for a small 2 bedroom unit with a crowd of 51 people. I was looking out over into the courtyard during the auction and I could see not just Kris working the buyers on the floor but his entire team and office. Nothing was too much trouble for Kris!! He rolled the sleeves up, weeded the garden and moved sprinklers when necessary. Kris also got us a good result for our new house on a difficult block.

Kris was lovely to deal with. He was straightforward, direct, respectful and we appreciated his work. He demonstrated flexibility in his approach and did a number of things that were not expected but we did notice them - such as mowing the lawns. We didn't quite get _exactly_ what we wanted out of the sale and are being frank about that - but with all things considered we are satisfied with the outcome as a reasonable and fair one and Kris ensured we had a smooth process with minimal stress. He responded to all our communications promptly and managed to beautifully walk the line between checking things were getting done but never came across as pushy or annoying.
