Kris was lovely to deal with. He was straightforward, direct, respectful and we appreciated his work. He demonstrated flexibility in his approach and did a number of things that were not expected but we did notice them - such as mowing the lawns. We didn't quite get _exactly_ what we wanted out of the sale and are being frank about that - but with all things considered we are satisfied with the outcome as a reasonable and fair one and Kris ensured we had a smooth process with minimal stress. He responded to all our communications promptly and managed to beautifully walk the line between checking things were getting done but never came across as pushy or annoying. It was a low pressure approach that worked well for us. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Kris to others and in working with him again.
