Despite never meeting Kris face to face, he did a fantastic job marketing our property, including going beyond the duties of an agent to clean graffiti from the fence on our property! Communication was frequent and he responded quickly to any questions we had. He liaised with both our property manager and the tenants, meaning we were spared numerous calls to them trying to arrange inspections. I would happily recommend Kris as the agent to sell your property.
Kris with a K is by far one of the most genuine Real Estate Agents I have come across. As an investor, you can gauge pretty quickly whether an agent is is in it for himself and his own profits, and I can tell you Kris has other people as his first priority, which is often not the case in Real Estate. Kris went above and beyond to get me numerous quotes for things that needed fixing on the property that I intended to purchase. He took numerous photos for me as I was buying unseen and his communication was first class responding to every call and email with clear and precise answers. Kris was great. Kris kept an eye out for me and knew what I wanted. I felt fairly represented the whole time and could not ask for more. Kris's communication and attention to detail are second to none. I personally think that real-estate agents in general sit one rung below car salesmen but Kris is certainly an exception to the rule.
