Wow!!!!.. I was blown away by this young man. Even from the outset, he showed some amazing characteristics seldom seen in real estate agents, and believe me.... we have deal with a few!!. Kris took the time to explain everything we questioned, answered or returned all our calls, emailed us promptly and, even thou we used another agency in a previous occasion with negative results, something stuck about Kris 'with a K' that made me call back on him. He did not let us down, and the sale of our house, like good karma, went astronomically well!!! Not a glitch!! We were kept updated about every inquiry, phone call and inspection and with Kris, it was all so POSITIVE!!. After comparing a few local agents we chose Kris to sell our property as he went out of his way to help even before we engaged his services. He spent time at the start to properly inspect the property and identified a few things that we needed to address to make it more attractive to buyers. The eventual buyers were from interstate and he went the extra mile to take lots of detailed photos of the property for them. From the very first time I spoke with Kris I felt I could trust him to do a good job with the sale of my property. This proved to be true and it has been a pleasure working with him during these past weeks. Kris provided me with very thorough reports covering all aspects of the sale campaign including the interest and enquiry received, on a weekly basis. Kris was the vendor's agent in our recent house purchase. We found Kris to be very approachable, helpful and contactable ( even in the midst of a medical procedure). This is our first investment property however I have been looking for an investment for the past 2 years and dealing with more than 50+ real estate agents and Kris is the best out of all of them. Kris is very responsive, for other agents will probably take them at least a day to reply and Kris will reply within the same day or most of the time within the same hour (Not sure if he can keep up with this as he is the Top 1 real estate agent in his area). Not to mention he is honest, selfless, enthusiastic, hardworking agent and he is extremely easy to deal with. Kris only called me twice, first was to negotiate the price we put to offer and second phone call was to congratulate us the seller accepted the offer and all other time, we just use emails to communicate. Other agents will keep calling and wanting to find out your thought about the property and I can't really think on the spot... I still remember, one agent called and asked my thought about a property and I told her, the property is right next to the flood area and her reply to me was "So will you consider this property and property like this is going really fast." For the process between offer accepted to settlement, Kris didn't just leave you out there and let you deal with all the work, he helped us as many as possible to ensure the process went smoothly.... For Kris's reply, I wasn't expected to receive a paragraph from a single sentence question hence asking feedback and advice was great. His knowledge for the area is just phenomenal, I think this is why he can turn a single sentence question into a paragraph long answer. There are a lot more about Kris, I can't put everything here, you have to experience it yourself.... Glad that we have met you for our first investment property.
