If you are selling in the Moreton Bay area you'd be silly to go with anyone else. Kris and Amanda know how to make it happen. Amanda came armed with props for photo day so that the styling was spot on. Their photographer made sure the magic of our house shone through. Kris is super organised and on top of all the details. Even when our first buyer fell through, they had back up plans ready to go, so the drama (and my stress levels) were managed efficiently. At viewings they managed to keep nosy gossipy neighbours away from genuine buyers, and they did video call tours for people out of town. The marketing pack is well priced and great value. The commission is very reasonable for what you get from them. It just felt easy and nothing was too much trouble.

Needing to sell the family home is not easy but dealing with the kris and Amanda team made it possible to achieve the highest price possible with a professional approach and a staging plan that raises the bar for other agencies .this being said the idea of selling was not achieved by another local agency and was very disappointing to experience.
