No questions were out of reach for Kris and when our broker was taking a ridiculous amount of time and not communicating with us, Kris and Amanda stepped in to help. To have this house prepared and sold has almost been a seamless experience. Obviously they ( Kris and Amanda) have a well developed knowledge of the needs of their clients. The market requirements determine the level of their communication and professionalism and they satisfy the needs of the vendor even though we are 500klm from the property that we engaged them to sell. The distance was of no great concern to me as the communication was maintained at every turn. Our home was under contact within a week!!! Selling your first home can be pretty overwhelming but Kris and Amanda were there every step of the way making the whole process seamless and easy. Communication was fantastic with regular emails keeping us up to date on everything as the contract progressed. The video they took of our home was well presented and very professional and got several ‘wow’ comments from friends and family. Kris was very professional and friendly and his positivity was a bonus during a most regretful sale, his attention to detail from getting the unit listed to his helping to transport some of our belongings and fixing some things that needed done before settlement . As my family had covid and I was on my own, it was so good to have Kris’s help and selling the unit in a week was amazing and unexpected.

Two VIP viewings during the week and an open home on Saturday. The street looked like a carpark. 11 offers Saturday afternoon. The accepted contract was pre-approved finance with no building and pest inspection. Great job Kris and Amanda.
