Kris and Amanda did a wonderful job not only selling our property but preparing it for sale. We live in another state and both Amanda and Chris went to so much trouble to get our property back to it original standard after 10 years of it being rented and not well looked after by our previous agents. Not only did they arrange all trades they did a number of things themselves from light fittings shopping to changing kitchen door handles. They are honest and really trustworthy. I recommend them highly.

Kris and Amanda were very accomodating in letting us see the property last minute and submit an offer just before cut off time. Even with some technical difficulties we still got the offer in and eventually the place was ours. Would reccommend speaking to them about your property needs.

This is usually a daunting experience and i was not looking forward to it. I was surprisingly wrong as my experience was quite the opposite and went very smooth if it wasn't for Kris and Amanda who were very experienced and worked together seemingly as a team to help me through the hole process. Team Kris and Amanda from @Realty are the BEST agents in town. We had our first meeting with Kris and Amanda simply to get an idea on what our home might fetch. They came to our home on time and spent 2 hours with us thoroughly explaining to us how they came up with the figure they did and what they could do for us as our agents. From listing, professional photo's and video, the campaign, open house and lead up to sale. Our home was listed on November 1st, and was sold on the 6th. Lightning fast. Kris and Amanda are compassionate, helpful and genuine. No slick "car salesman" talk, no hidden agenda. Just good advice. And for nervous sellers like us (or buyers for that matter), no question aimed at them was too silly and every concern raised was listened to and responded to with professionalism and caring.
