We found Kristal to be most effective in her professionalism, including market knowledge, regular updates and her strong negotiation capability. Being in the industry myself I'm a hard marker. She went over and beyond from a service perspective which made the process a lot easier, especially given we are investors and not conveniently located to the property. We were pleased with our result and we would have no hesitation in recommending her services to other vendors. Thankyou Kristal.

Kristal went above and beyond to ensure we had sufficient viewings of the property. She answered all of our questions so quickly and her communication was to the highest standard. We never felt confused or unsure about anything during the process as Kristal made everything super clear for us. Thank you for assisting us with our purchase and making our experience so seamless.

Kristal was very helpful and passionate from the very start. She was very easy to communicate with and understood our needs and wants during our period of sale. We would highly recommend Kristal and would also like to meet her again if we were to sell or buy another house. We thank her for her work and wish her the best.

Kristal was great to work with as a buyer. Always in constant communication. She worked with our situation and helped us to buy our long term home to raise our family in.

Just want to give Kristal absolute glowing review, Kristal worked super hard throughout the 6 week Auction campaign. We had moved to Coffs Harbour she handled everything while we were away, communicated extremely well, we felt like we were on the same page thought the whole campaign. Which produced a very competitive bidding environment getting us an absolutely awesome result. Genuinely giving Kristal and the salt team 5 stars we couldn’t be more happy 😊 Thank you Kristal

Kristal and the team certainly have their finger on the pulse when it comes to selling a property in the current market. Kristal's communication was also exceptional and was always available when needed. I highly recommend Kristal and the team, especially for their expertise in the Adamstown Heights area of Newcastle.
