I was looking to sell my unit in the Gold Coast and my brother who is a real estate agent in inner east Brisbane had a look through the RateMyAgent for me and suggested Krystle after looking through the profiles. When trying to sell the place there was a few issues that needed rectifying for the sale to go through and my current property manager (who was with a completely different company) became extremely hard to get in contact with, not returning calls and not getting anything done in a timely matter. Krystle offered and took it upon herself to help organise some of the repairs to make sure the items were rectified in a timely matter to make sure we were able to get the sale of property through as quick as possible. Without this help the whole process could have been dragged on and delayed for a considerable amount of time. Definitely gets 5 stars all round from me!”

Krystle has extremely helpful all the way through the process. She even did a live FaceTime pre-purchase inspection for us so we could see the property had been left in a satisfactory state without the need to drive an hour plus each way.
