We have just sold our property through Krystle. I think its fair to say that we experienced a number of challenges through the course of our sale, that were unexpected but Krystle calmly handled them professionally and with a minimum of fuss. Real Estate agents often don't have the best name, because of a few that have sullied the reputation of their industry, its always difficult to know who to trust when selling a property as for most its the biggest asset you have and an emotional journey from start to finish. I am control freak its comes from years of running large and small scale projects and directing people in those projects so this process was hard for me as I had to sit and watch and trust Krystle but she communicated well and let me know the things I needed to know and also negotiated on our behalf well.
