I didn't intend on using Krystles services when it came time to sell my unit. I was actually looking to purchase a property that Krystle had listed, and that's how I first met Krystle. My wife and I actually got to the point of submitting an offer on the property that Krystle had listed. Not long after submitting, my wife changed her mind and decided that she wanted to purchase in an area 30kms away. Instead of getting upset or trying to pressure us into purchasing her listed property, she actually collated a heap of information for us in regards to the new area. This included recent sales, past growth, predicted growth, and a number relevant info that came in very handy. It was from that point I knew that Krystle was not just another agent hunting commission, she actually took the time to help my wife and I even if it meant she was to miss out on a pay day. When I expressed my gratitude to Krystle, she just mentioned that she didn't want my wife and I to be unhappy with any purchase that we made. So when it came time for myself to unload my unit, I didn't hesitate in acquiring Krystle to take care of the sale. Krystle did a tremendous job with the sale. The unit was on the market for less than 2 weeks before she acquired a buyer for the unit. I was over the moon on the price she was able to achieve. Through the negotiating process I did not feel rushed or pressured by Krystle at all, which I wasn't quite used to from previous dealings with agents. I know I'm going on a bit, but my wife and I just really wanted to put a bit of effort into this review because Krystle had put so much effort into us. One last thing before I go. My wife and had just moved and were not set up with internet,fax,scanner etc. It was never a problem for Krystle to help us out whenever she could, even if it wasn't related to real estate or a pending sale.
