As excited first home buyers, we were very disappointed with what could have otherwise been a pleasant experience. Communication was very lacking, to the point where the 'For Sale' sign and 'SOLD' sticker had been taken down after we had discussed taking a photo with it first. In the weeks leading up to settlement, my calls and messages went unanswered after which I asked my wife to call and she got through straight away, which leads me to believe Kyle was avoiding me. I understand that Kyle had been involved in a car accident in that time and taken time off but there was obviously no communication or proper hand-over within the company which is worrying. After finally getting back in contact with Kyle and asking to organize a final inspection over the phone, he never got back to me and left me in the lurch again. I eventually had to get a hold of someone else and ended up getting a final inspection just hours before settlement.
