Did an inspection on a Thursday evening, honestly, not many will do this on a weekday except if it was for an auction. Well organised inspections prior (with quality colour printed information around the house and pamphlets). Karl also appears to have a young kid who he is responsible to bath (as he asked if he could call me back later) hence a lovely bloke to deal with - what we called Fatherhood (I bath my baby everyday too)! Highly recommend.
