Kyle was very accommodating once the sale went through, whatever I needed he made sure that he was available and worked within my availabilities. Kyle kept a professional manner at all times and was keen to acknowledge all requests. Saying that during the negotiation of the sale, I found Kyle a little off putting with his sale techniques and requesting a larger offer when there was a other 'bidder' putting in an offer. I understand that he has the vendors interest at heart, but I would suggest that he was a little less pushy when 'playing the game' as I was about to walk away come the final offer. I believe that this can be learnt with more experience and he will become top of his game in no time. I wish Kyle all the best in his future endeavours.
