Given that we were shopping for our first home, it was imperative that we ticked a lot of boxes in our very personalised list. While some of the items were ticked by the property itself, there were quite a few where we needed clarification and in that respect Jonathon and Kylie were extremely helpful and prompt in getting back to us, no matter how basic or silly some of our queries were. They were respectful of our time and understood the fact that this was a very big decision for us. The conversations with both, Kylie and Jonathon were easy and they gave us a very realistic view about the suburb and the property. At no point did we feel that, we were being misguided or rushed into making the decision. Almost all the decision touch-points were comfortable and that enabled and ensured that we settled in with zero anxiety and completely in control. Without a doubt, I highly recommend their work and I am sure they will continue to grow from here owing to their own high standards of professionalism and etiquette.
