Kylie was lovely. We actually met her looking at another house and then the one we ended up came onto the market and we got an early preview. After dealing with a lot of other agents it was refreshing to see there were still some nice ones out there. It actually felt like you were dealing with a friend. The actual negotiation process was actually OK as well. You hear some stories about it but they weren't pushy and they understood our position. It really felt like they were on both parties sides to get an agreeable result. Her follow up the sale has been great. Even meeting us to take a pic of the sold sign once cooling off ended.
