Kylie was an absolute delight and life saver. We had our property on the market with another agent, who managed to lose our tenant and 2 sale contracts on our property around $450k which was on the cheap side to start with. We were refereed to Kylie by a good Friend, after having a quick chat she seemed on the ball and up front with us. Kylie took on our property, rented it back out to great tenants in no time, and said to let them settle in for 3 months before we put the property back on the market. 3 months later she started getting everything sorted for the sale and sold it before we even got running properly for $490k we were happy with the $40k increase as the market hadn't changed that much but she still went back and got a bit more.
