We really loved our experience of selling our house with Lan and Will at Our City Real Estate. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. They were both extremely professional and worked hard to get us the best result possible. Thank you!
No issue, no fuss, honest and very helpful. Thanks Lan we appreciate everything you’ve done for us mate. Cheers
Lan, Will and their team were great to deal with. They have a calm, approachable style of communication, simplifying the process and providing expertise and guidance with good humour and professionalism. A special thanks to Will for his patience with our questions!
My husband and I chose Lan Snowden and Will Miller of Our City Real estate to sell our family home as we are leaving Orange. We were very impressed with Lan and Will’s professionalism while dealing with the sale of our home. We were given adequate time to prepare for prospective buyers and were informed by Will or Lan of the outcome of each inspection in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Our City Real Estate for the purchase or sale of your property.
I actually had a really bad experience with a real estate only weeks prior to buying a property through Our City which my solicitor was aware of,Midstate Conveyancing actually stated I would not have any issues with Our City and they were 100 percent correct, would highly recommend Lan and the team at Our City Real Estate, extremely happy with my own experience and outcome dealing with a company with high morals !!
Selling our home with Lan and Will has been a satisfying experience. We achieved the price we’d hoped for, a street record at that, in what was a difficult time during Covid-19. Every aspect of it was handled professionally, from the amazing photos showcasing our home, to negotiations with the buyer. We were informed of progress, given feedback and walked through the final parts of the sale. Congratulations Lan and Will on a caring, considerate, and exciting job well done!
As soon as expressed an interest in the property, Lan gave me a no nonsense summary of what the vendor was expecting and what my options were. Once I had considered my position and relayed my answer, Lan came back very quickly. The process was without the usual time wasting and bother. I would happily recommend talking to Lan about buying or selling property.
Lan was terrific to deal with! No nonsense approach, knows what he is talking about; very helpful, answered all our questions & got back to us straight away. He really stepped up to see the negotiations went smoothly. Well done Lan!
Lan was very easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble & communication was quick and to the point.
Absolutely wonderful to deal with. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in helping me find the perfect house. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fantastic team to help with the purchase of a new home. Thanx guys 🙂
We were very happy with the outcome achieved by Lan and Will at OC Real Estate. Right from the first meeting Lan displayed a deep knowledge for the market and a level of enthusiasm to sell our house. Part way through the Covid-19 impacted sale we got a little distracted but Lan & Will confidently put us back on track. Sure enough Lan and Will were right and we were very happy with the final result. Many of the finer details were taken care of by OC Real Estate at a time when that was exactly what we needed. I would not hesitate using or recommending OC Real Estate again – Many Thanks Lan & Will.
