Lan was friendly and professional. He listened to what we needed and gave straight forward and honest answers. Unlike other real estate agents who play games and are unhelpful. I will not hesitate to use Lan again when I next purchase or sell real estate. Highly recommend you use Lan.
Lan is fantastic, realistic on the sale price for my house, very helpful, straight to the point and realistic with advice! Sold my house in a week! Thank you!
When listing our home for sale, we really appreciated Lan and Will's frank and honest approach. Due to COVID, inspections were booked with the prospective buyers and plenty of notice was given to us to ensure the house was inspection-ready. Their feedback following each inspection was provided quickly and they gave good insights to help us achieve a great result. The timeline from issue of the sales advice to exchange was 7 days. Thanks again to Lan and Will and the Out City team.
Lan was so easy to deal with, he was on time at the property, he had thorough knowledge of the property, he took some measurements while I inspected the home. We made an offer at this visit, Lan got back to me the same day and then the whole process was extremely smooth - from offer to exchange in 7 working days. Lan maintained contacted with me throughout this process. I would definitely recommend Lan to anyone buying or selling and I will certainly be contacting him again if I choose to move. In an extremely competitive market this buying this property was much easier than I expected and I cannot wait to move in.
We found Lan and Will to be very helpful. Considering we aren't locals and with the covid restrictions we weren't able to see the property for ourselves, their input was invaluable. Thank you
Lan’s market knowledge and customer service was excellent. Always returned calls and nothing was a hassle.
Lan and Will were very professional, friendly and responsive to our queries. Lan would go out of his way to make sure we had the right information that we needed to make a decision on our purchase. We would highly recommend Our City Real Estate for buying or selling your home.
Thanks to Lan & Will from Our City Real Estate in Orange for the smooth and professional service in the purchase of our home. We wanted to view the property on a number of occasions and this was graciously facilitated. It was a straightforward purchase and we look forward to moving in in the next few weeks.
We went with Lan because he appreciated our family home as much as we did. Not only did he value our house above other agents, he also sold our house at a price above what he promised and within a week of it going to market. I can't rate him high enough!
Great service. Fast and easy to contact at any time. As first home buyers, Will Miller made the experience easy and we look forward to dealing with Will again in the future to sell and buy.
Lan and Will were absolute legends for all the knowledge of the current market in orange. We would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling property. They are both true professionals and are very approachable in the sale of our home. Their marketing strategy through all aspects like social media is exceptional. With every part of this process being completed with the most extraordinary effort/work, it became a incredibly fast result of just under a week.
Our dealings with Lan extended much further than just the sale of our property, Lan was a great source of knowledge throughout our 12-month renovation and his market knowledge and proactive communication gave us confidence every step of the way. We can't wait to do our next property with Lan.
