We highly recommend Lan and Dom to anyone planning to buy or sell a property They are professional, friendly and reliable with a deep understanding of the real estate market. They sold our home prior to auction and managed to secure us a fantastic price for our property. Lan and Dom are a 5 star team with a personal touch.
A massive thank you to Lan and Dom for guiding us through the entire process. I do not think we could have go the property prepared without you. And we really appreciated your calm advice and wisdom to finalise the sale.
As a vendor, Lan and Dom are definitely the most professional and vendor-friendly agents of all the agents I have known. They came to provide professional and detailed improvement suggestions for my property many times before I decided which agent to cooperate with. These key and valuable suggestions increased the market value of my property by at least $100K+. Their years of experience and professional intuition enable them to accurately judge which sales method is most appropriate. And their sincere and responsible attitude allows them to strive for the greatest interests for the vendor in the negotiation. They are undoubtedly the best choice for the vendor!
I regret choosing Lan and Dom as our real estate agents. They continuously pressured us into accepting a low offer, despite my repeated requests to be patient and wait for better market conditions. Instead of advocating for our best interests, they fostered a sense of urgency and fear, insisting that our apartment wouldn't fetch a good price—even though I knew it was worth more. What makes it even worse is seeing similar apartments in our building now selling for significantly higher prices. It’s clear that their advice cost us money, and I strongly caution other sellers against trusting them to get the best possible deal. If you want agents who will genuinely fight for your property's value rather than push for a quick sale, look elsewhere. Beware of their sales pitch! They might seem genuine but they will sell you out for a quick turnaround.
Lan is a wonderful communicator and handled all the detail involved in the selling of my apartment with great competence. She and husband Dom made an excellent team, treating everyone with professionalism and respect. They advised me well and gained a high price for my property.
For a first experience in selling property, Team Lan and Dom of Marshall Group made it so easy. They listened to us every step of the way, gave us excellent guidance and delivered the result we wanted. Thank you Lan and Dom!
I had the pleasure of working with Lan to sell my home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Lan demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a deep understanding of the market. Communication was always prompt and clear, and Lan was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. She is very genuine, and her positive attitude really stands out. Highly recommend working with Lan whether you are selling or looking for your dream home.
My wife and I found Lan to be highly professional in all our dealings with her. She was very thorough and amazingly energetic. (A human dynamo would be an accurate description.) She and her husband (Dom Smith) both did an outstanding job on tracking down potential buyers and selling our property in what was a difficult market. Lan kept us fully informed at every stage of the sales process and achieved an auction figure above market expectations. Thank you, Lan.
I was guided by Lan through the entire process which reduces a lot of stress on me. The sales campaign was well planned and organized, which made the property attractive to the majority of the buyers on the market. The result is very good under the current market climate. I would not hesitate to engage Lan and Dom for any real estate matters.
Lan was fantastic to deal with throughout the sale of our apartment. She was highly responsive and provided clear advice and realistic expectations. We would highly recommend her to any prospective seller.
Lan and her husband Dom sold my house in St Ives recently and a few years earlier sold my house in Killara. They did a fantastic job for both property sales, and achieved outstanding results well beyond my expectations! They gave professional advice from house presentation to marketing strategies, simply made the whole process stress free. I Highly recommend Lan and Dom to anyone thinking about selling.
Very satisfied with Lan and Dom’s service. They are meticulous, responsible, and experienced, with a clear understanding of the market. They provide very professional advice and informs me of the situation after each open house. In the end, my house was sold at auction for a very good price."
