Lana approached us with an appropriate off market opportunity that was within our requirements. She and her team were available and were willing to work with our requests and out expectations. They were friendly, polite and professional We did not feel rushed or pressured or that we regretted our purchase after. While obviously trying to get a goid price for the seller, I think she aimed for a fair sale. She also tried to limit the impact on the tenants of the property. I would purchase through her and would use Lana and her team to sell in the future.

When Lana first contacted me and said she could get $650000. dollars for my unit I thought never in a million years. How wrong I was. Lana not only achieved a higher price she got $660000 and negotiated a generous settlement with my Tennant's. Lana negotiated terms that were satisfactory to all parties.
