C o operative,responsive, willing to give and to act on advice, informative ,negotiable I received a flyer from MCGRATH about sales agents a day before I took advantage of her OFFER to act on my behalf as the previous possible buyer was wasting time and prolonging settlement for over 2 months The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because her phone was constantly busy and hard to get through
