Lance did not follow through with his comments throughout our interactions over the past year with the purchase of this property e.g. telling us he could call if a rental offer came in (which he didn't), sorting out the hot water control units in all bathrooms upon pre-purchase inspection (which he didn't, and are still not working) and even saying he would drop over a welcome gift after our quite expensive property purchase (which he didn't). Our name was also incorrect on multiple documents even after pointing out numerous times.

We are so grateful to Lance for finding our forever home having only moved to Port recently. His knowledge of the area, professionalism and friendly & approachable demeanor made our buying experience a very happy time to remember. Lance made himself available for all our questions and always returned our calls very quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend Lance highly enough and we will be happy to utilize his services again if the need arises.
