Selling a property from a deceased family member’s estate is not something I ever wanted to experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. But it had to be done, and I am very thankful Lance was on the task. No task was too difficult for Lance and his team to sort out. There was a lot of unwanted furniture and items left behind that we hadn’t managed to sort through - Lance had it fixed without fuss. Cleaning needed to be sorted, no trouble. On top of this, none of the family was local so he was really our feet on the ground. Lance’s recommendation for the guide price was spot on. A soft launch saw an immediate offer from the eventual buyer, which was quite a bit lower than the guide, but Lance and team were able to leverage how new the property was to the market as well as its, for lack of a better word, ‘priceless’ view of the lake, and were able to talk the buyer up to the guide price exactly. We agreed, and settlement was done and dusted before we knew it. Cannot recommend Lance enough. He really believed in the value of the home. He handled our sale with care and respect, and knew its value where other realtors undervalued it significantly. Thank you Lance, you made a difficult time that much easier.
