Well, where do I start. I won't write a novel. . . well maybe just a short one LOL. We did a bit of an interview/scan process of about 4 reps from different establishments. Seen 2, prior to meeting Lance that weekend. And we were pretty much set & ready to move forward before he walked out of that first initial meeting. Which was unfair to the next & last bloke that day, but that's the way it goes. I'm massive on gut feel, spirit, genuine, first impression & openness.
