Yes we would like to recommend Lance to any prospective buyer or seller in the Kedron area. We were the seller, but I feel he worked very fairly between both parties to achieve the sale. This was an investment property and we had not thought of selling until approached by Lance with an idea to market ours and several adjoining properties as a parcel, to a prospective developer. When that plan did not eventuate, Lance put all his efforts into selling our property alone. And though it took a few months, and there were quiet times, he kept going till he found the buyers. It took a lot of negotiating to get to our minimum sell price, but I am confident Lance got the last $ possible. It's easy to sell when the market is racing, but when it's a bit flat, that's when you need a guy like Lance on your team.
