Lance was a huge support and help selling our investment and residential properties. He was honest and realistic and made sure we really understood where he wanted to go and why. Purchasing my first home through Lance was a great experience. Well, where do I even begin... We met Lance when we purchased our property in 2009. We were blown away then just like we were recently when he sold this same property for us.
