Larissa has represented us as a realestate agent in the past and has earned our sincere respect for her rigorous professionalism, extraordinary market knowledge and outstanding communication skills. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a realestate agent particularly in the Peppermint Beach Grove area.

We have worked with Larisa through the purchase of two properties over the past 10 months and we could not have done it without her! As first time buyers in WA Larisa helped us navigate the buying process and made it feel so easy. She was in constant communication with us with regular updates and was available for us to call anytime with all the questions we had. She is extremely friendly and approachable and her knowledge of the Peppy/ Busso area is next to none. Her professionalism and expertise is commendable and we are honestly so grateful to have had her to help us with our purchases. Forever thankful to you Larisa!

Larisa has amazing energy and a positive attitude that she brought to every interaction throughout the whole sales process. An excellent communicator with great local knowledge she ensured that we achieved the result we were hoping for. We originally purchased our home from Larisa and would not have engaged anyone else to sell for us when the time came.

Professional to the end, Larissa ensured the deal got done. At no stage did I feel she was acting in any way other than to be the conduit for the best outcomes for the sellers and me the purchaser.

We have been fortunate to have Larisa assist us in several dealings. We trust her honesty, & value her knowledge on the local market & selling process. Larisa is a pleasure to deal with, & always provides open helpful feedback. There is never any pressure applied, & she looks for mutual positive outcome for buyer & seller. We will certainly be seeking Larisa assistance again going forward.

Larisa is everything you could ask for in a r/e agent. She is professional, helpful, kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to achieve the best outcome for me. I would most definitely work with Larisa again. Thank you once again Larisa.

I believe that Larisa was knowledgeable and at all times had a caring and respectful manner. Her attention to detail was great. I highly recommend her as an agent

Larisa was very professional and helpful during the settlement process. Appreciated that as a first home buyer. Would definitely work with her again if I was ever to buy again.

It was such a pleasure to work with Larisa in selling my mother's property. Larisa is informative, compassionate, has her clients best interest at heart, and makes herself available for any questions you may have. She is professional, organized, has a pleasant personality, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend Larisa to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thank you for the outstanding service!”

We listed our property in Peppermint Grove Beach with Stocker Preston primarily as Larisa Tomuli had a such positive reputation and presence in the area and the community. After meeting her and working with her to sell our property we could see why. As our primary residence was out of the area Larisa’s knowledge of the local area and market was a definite plus as was her ability to communicate promptly and efficiently with us most often from a distance. Well felt consulted and always informed from listing to sale and that along with the respectful way in which she liaised effectively between us and the buyer contributed to an experience that was far from the stressful time selling a house can normally be – thanks Larisa

Larisa was very professional, helpful, enthusiastic and above all very patient in the sale of house. Being a small community at Peppermint Grove Beach it was fantastic to deal with Larisa that lives in Peppermint Grove Beach and knows the market. Highly recommend Larisa Tomuli.

Larisa is highly professional with a keen knowledge of properties in her suburb. She is dedicated, well organized, a prompt responder with ongoing correspondence. She is punctual, displays keen problem solving and has a hands-on approach. With our purchase she went beyond her call of duty to obtain critical additional information and successfully negotiated our terms with the seller. We are very happy with our new dream - thank you Larisa!
