Larissa is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend her!

Larisa is a very hard working RE agent. I have worked with her for several transactions now and every time she shows a good knowledge of the property. She is obliging with her time and always punctual for appointments. The property I have purchased was a co-conjunctional sale. However this did not stop Larisa from being engaged with me with the purchase of the property. She was able to effectively work with the listing agent for a viewing and subsequent enquiries. Over a number of years Larisa has assisted with selling and purchasing properties for me. I have recommended Larisa in the past as an agent and will continue to do so.

It was a real pleasure to deal with Larisa Tomuli on both the buying and selling of properties in the Busselton and Abbey area. Larisa was honest, friendly and professional at all times and provided the best possible outcome in our dealings. Thank you Larisa for your great communication skills and brilliant service!

Whilst I am quite familiar with the Busselton/Dunsborough area I was living interstate at the time of purchase a property in West Busselton recently. I was very fortunate to have Larisa as the agent as she was able to provide a range of information using WhatsApp in particular, all of which provided great clarity concerning the property in question. In the dealings associated with the purchase I found Larisa to be highly professional in her approach and certainly very supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended without question. Working with Larisa to sell our beach house in Peppy Beach was exceptional to say the least! Right from the first day, Larisa kept us informed of the process and the offers as they came through. She used her expertise to ensure the best outcome for the sale of our house. Larisa worked with us to achieve a smooth transition to our new property. I highly recommend Larisa to buy or sell your next property. Thank you very much Larisa!

Larisa is an expert on the Peppermint Grove Beach area. I appreciated her work and in particular her prompt responses to all communications. Malcolm

From the very start of our property inquiry, Larissa went over and beyond the call of duty to help us. Both Dan and I were very impressed with the 5 star service we received from Larissa Tomuli. We are very grateful for all of her help especially while being miles away in another state. Thanks again Larissa for making this journey a great experience. We look forward to meeting you in the near future. Mel & Dan

Larisa Tomuli sold me my property twice, once when I bought it and again when I sold it. It was a pleasure to deal with a competent, dedicated and charming sales person. Larisa listened to my wishes and acted accordingly, no nonsense, a perfect professional. There is not the smallest thing I would change. Everything was perfect.

Larisa Tomuli Was very helpful in assisting me through the process of purchasing a property which she had listed. Larisa was professional courteous and understanding throughout the process. Highly recommend Larisa should you be considering selling your home.

We chose Larisa for selling our property as we knew she was a local sales specialist in that suburb. She came across as a very warm, friendly and efficient person, with clear and transparent communication skills. Her marketing strategy was extremely effective and she kept us well abreast of the progress and proceedings of the sale; and also gave us plenty of options at all stages. Her contingency management skills are exemplary. She also gave us her professional view at every stage but was not pushy. Her liaison skills with all concerned parties are commendable. We have no hesitation in recommending her as one of the best real estate agents in the business in Peppermint Grove Beach suburb!

Larisa was a pleasure to communicate and meet with. She is professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We can’t thank her enough for the smooth purchase of the property. Highly recommend.

Larisa is an expert in her field. Very knowledgeable, approachable and not pushy at all. We had a wonderful experience with her and would highly recommend her.
