This was our first house purchase in Australia which was a bit daunting. After looking around the market for a while we came across the house we are now living in. We were interested in the property as soon as we entered for the viewing and met Larisa. Unlike some of the other agents we have met when we have viewed houses, Larisa let us view the property at our own pace and was not pushy at all. She had a very clear knowledge of the property and its history and was able to answer any questions we had at the time. She talked us through the procedure in regards to property purchasing and all that needed to be done to ensure a smooth transaction. On having our offer accepted Larisa was extremely helpful on arranging access for structural reports and other surveys in time. The block was on the market for a long time. The market was in decline and there was little interest. Larisa kept me informed regularly on how the market was looking and had lots of suggestions to help me understand and make decisions as we went along. When there were opportunities she worked very hard to try to match me with vendors. In the end we were successful and I was happy with the outcome; she was in contact with me throughout the negotiation and was most helpful. And when vendor finance fell through she was able to assist them with an alternative source and things went fine in the end. As hiccups emerged she was very good at addressing what could be done. Larisa is very personable and communicateds very well; you dont feel just like a client.
