We have now purchased 2 properties via Larisa. This has taken place over a 14 year period. During this time we were overseas and yet Larisa managed to maintain contact and always kept us updated. Larisa knows her market very well and displays high integrity and an excellent grasp of what is happening in the macroeconomic world. Would not hesitate to recommend her. The block was on the market for a long time. The market was in decline and there was little interest. Larisa kept me informed regularly on how the market was looking and had lots of suggestions to help me understand and make decisions as we went along. When there were opportunities she worked very hard to try to match me with vendors. In the end we were successful and I was happy with the outcome; she was in contact with me throughout the negotiation and was most helpful. And when vendor finance fell through she was able to assist them with an alternative source and things went fine in the end. As hiccups emerged she was very good at addressing what could be done. Larisa is very personable and communicateds very well; you dont feel just like a client.
