Sold my property in testing time for thew Victorian market.

Lauchlan was excellent. Selling would've been a stressful process without him.

It is an absolute pleasure dealing with Lauchlan Waterfield from Belle Property. He is honest, professional, and very knowledgeable about the industry. His advice is spot on, and sold our property in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Lauchlan and his team to anyone who is considering selling their residential property.

Alex and Lauchlan were very nice to deal with. Overall a pleasant experience with Belle Property apart from some hiccups with inspections and not receiving the full set of keys on the day of the settlement.

Over the past few months, I have had the pleasure of Lachlan selling my property. Along the way, he was amazing with his communication and prompt with his updates. I have sold many properties and Lachlan is by far a stand out.

Lauchlan and Belle were introduced to us, through our selling agent. From the get go, Lauchlan kept us abreast of his intentions for our sale and provided timely updates and honest feedback when it came time to our auction. Unlike the market’s negative assessment of real-estate agents, Lauchlan was astute, professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Lauchlan and Belle Properties - Armadale are true real-estate agents! My partner and I could not be more than happier with the outcome of a sale. I highly recommend engaging with them, if your buying or selling!
